Information you choose to share
When you contact eColorSigns or submit a project request, we may receive the name, email address, company details, project specifications, notes and artwork that you provide. We use this information to understand the project, prepare a response and communicate about your request.
How we use project information
Project details and uploaded artwork are used for quotation, design discussion, manufacturing planning and customer support. We do not needlessly ask for information that is unrelated to your signage project.
Email updates
If you subscribe to email updates, we store the email address and consent record you provide so we can send product news, project inspiration and related marketing updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@ecolorsigns.com.
